Hi guys just wanted to ask  to those who live or have property on the north coast from Jenner to point arena.
I've been looking at property for a while and ready to get something.
I'm an artist so don't have to commute daily. Would optimally like to build myself, slowly, little by little, a cabin and a detached studio. In Timber cove area.  been trying to get some local advise.  I've been hearing that there is a water issue up there?also HOA fees?

Any Issues with building departments, things to look out for?
advise greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Go small home or RV.  Get the land and move your house on.  Obviously not land with HOA as they will most likely not allow it.

Thanks guys!
Yeah, I'm in touch with Kennedy realtors. Def. thinking about a small cabin at first, almost like a shelter on the Appalachian trail. Just as long as I can get water/ well,  and septic in the future. Heard TC regulates what you can build tighter then Gualala.
Thanks

Yes we do.  Not me unless you consider free diving an art.

If you decide to go more into Mendo area shoot me a pm of what you are looking for and price and I will keep the feelers out.  I got a lot of new contacts while we were looking for property and some never make it on the actual market.
