In SLC for work and visited the nearby Scheels.  Never been before.  Imagine the love child of Cabelas and REI, but with additional over the top attractions and displays.  Like a ferris wheel??  Pretty crazy!  Situated perfectly in the SLC valley to cater to the diverse sporting interests.  Enjoyed reading the presidential monuments and displays, very patriotic.  Worth a visit if you are ever in southern SLC

Scheels and Cabelas are the only reasons I go to Reno.

Just 2, but I had to return them because they were defective.

Scheels is a cool store!
There real proud of all there merchandise, but when my bros come over to fish Pyramid with me we all drop some change there.
They have almost everything!

Unlike the SLC store they won't try to sell you any wives because just 10 minutes away you can rent all the girls you would ever want.

At the Ducks Unlimited dinner you can even buy raffles  tickets for pleasure packages at the ranch!
Been to Bighorns Unlimited, Rocky Moutain Elk, and the Mule deer foundation fundraiser and never seen the pleasure packages except at the DU dinner in Sparks.

It's been said,
Reno is so close to Hell you can see Sparks!

Anyhow Scheels was a nice asset for the community. Anyone coming to Reno should take a look.

SkiProJerry and I went to look at a motorhome in Sparks and swung by Scheels.
Their sandwiches are da bomb!
Got myself a monster sized cutting board..48'' long.
Now I just need to catch some fish to use it.

The history with the talking Forfathers and ex Presidents is very  educational also.

They must have a good return policy. 👍

They enforce the hymen policy. If it ain't broke you can return it for a full refund.
As long as they haven't done any dirt biking you should be good to go.
