WOW .... LOL.... Been looking on line for a link ,  none, but that doesn't mean an old guy at a gate house does not know anything . My wifes` Uncle denied rumors he was selling his business then boom came in one day and said ..'I sold it'
Well more to the point, Jaffa's comment indicates that yes, 1) they've acquired the property, and 2) are working on development plans because that is their line of work.
