Mendocino is supposed to be a 2 ft swell this friday.
Everybody dies, not everybody lives. What did you do today?

It shows lower than it has been but I am not seeing a 2' swell unless you are looking at the secondary swell.

What site are you looking at for the forecast.

I wish the forecasts were more accurate to plan out stuff but lately the wind and rain has been changing daily.

Sometimes a weather prediction can be so close to whether or not we make a decision to go.   If you live close enough to your destination it may just be worth a drive. Lots of times we have decided against going and come to find out it was definitely doable. On the other hand, don't get to a location and find it to be iffy and go out just because you drove all the way.  :smt001 Good luck and be safe !

I rode up to Stump Beach,  (N. end of Salt Point)  yesterday and the ocean was remarkably flat.  Choppy by 1:00,  but still no swell.  The Russian River brown streak reached to Fort Ross.  Looks like the Black Trumpet season has winded down.  Got about a quart.
