There's a free launch at Lakeside county park, a few miles down from the state park.

All the county ramps (including lakeside) are closed, but there are plenty of unofficial places to put in especially with the water this high. Parking may be harder to find

I'm going to explore some more of the lake tomorrow. Start out launching in Nice if Rodman is a no go. Then if that's not good move to a roadside launch just north of Lucerne. If that's not good then down to Glenhaven to fish sea breeze and Indian beach. Packing light and exploring if anyone is up for an adventure.
