Hi All,

I recently stumbled across this product, the Hawg Trough Bracket by On The Water Innovations, a gentleman named Denny Romero.  Apparently quite a few people are using these brackets and really like them.  I've seen a few other brackets for hawg troughs and most haven't really impressed me, but this one I really like due to the simplicity of its design and it appears to be pretty easy to find a way to mount it to your kayak with its existing holes.  I would mount mine to my gear track or possibly on my seat.  I hate trying to find a good spot to store my trough right now.

Anyways, Denny normally sells them for $10 each and charges about $3 for shipping and tax.  I talked to him about the potential for a group buy, and he said that if we can order a minimum of 20, then he would get us a discounted price. See below for our current group buy pricing.  If you want one, just reply to this thread or send me a PM. We can work out the delivery through NCKA express.

He also sells some fish grip holders for $12 retail ($10 discounted for us). I don't need them as my kayak has a good place to store fish grips now.

Here's a link to their Facebook page for more info on the product and some custom mounting options his customers have shared with him..  They're all custom made by him.

I'll periodically update this first post with those who are interested.  I'll front the money for them but you guys better pay up if you commit! I won't make a cent off this group buy and won't get a free one for my efforts.  I'll simply take the total amount paid and divide by number of brackets ordered.

Here's the final group buy price list:

Black Hawg Trough Holster $7.60 each
Black Fish Grip Holster $10 each - if you want a fish grip holster let me know left or right orientation. See website links Left Right
Solid Color Hawg Trough Holster $15 each
Camo Pattern Hawg Trough Holster $17 each

I'm going to set a end date of this of 2/6/17. TONIGHT

Yeah those are good pics. I saw a lot of different ways of people mounting them on Facebook, the options look pretty much endless.  I'm sure you could do bungee, or some other method, but these really do seem like they're smartly made and priced very reasonably.  I've done lots of different things and they all honestly suck.

We've hit 25.  Denny told me that if we crossed that threshold the price would be $7.60 each.  Not sure if he can go much lower but at that price we're getting a darned great price.  Still got time for others to get in on it if you want.
