In an ongoing effort to protect our customers from Identify Theft/Fraud, we will NO LONGER accept credit cards over the phone for payment of any order. Orders for Lechon, Party Trays, and Catering may be placed over the phone under the understanding that the customer will make final payment in person no later than 3 days prior to the date order is needed. Only at the time full payment is made will orders will be deemed confirmed and processed by our kitchen.

Darius, if you have a place close to you (or if this place is close to you??) and would be willing to help out that would be killer!

Not sure on size, or uncut or pre-cut...maybe some of you guys know?

Its pretty close to where I live, I just to need confirm how big. 60lbs - 70lbs? Not pre cut it ruins the presentation hahahahaha

Looks like their Jumbo Lechon is 61-70lbs (70-80 servings) and costs $340 uncut (traditional, the Cebu/waray and paella uncut are a bit more but I have no clue what that means lol) and comes with 2 servings of sauce (32 oz).

I can zap you the $ via PayPal if you will order and pick up and bring and then Andy can coordinate getting it cut up and served?

Maybe you can call ahead and see what total price will be after tax that way I can make sure I send you enough $$...
