RE: Anyone Need a Campsite for he Crabfest

Hi NCKA Bruddahs,

I was able to secure one of the last campsites at Doran for Crabfest 2017. Unfortunately, I recently had cataract eye surgery and cannot get my eyes wet for a couple of weeks. I reserved Campsite C, which is a really great campsite that is surrounded by trees, close to the bathrooms and the main road and can accommodate a bunch of campers.
I called the Sonoma County Regional Parks today and they told  me that I could pass on the reservation to another person with the Confirmation #. The reservation is for Friday 1/27/17 to Dar 1/18/17 and cost $41.40.
If anyone wants Campsite , you can contact me and I can give you the Confirmation # and you can Paypal me the payment.

FYI this is tent only area, nice site if no rain, protected from wind...

Sorry to hear about the eye surgery Brudda ! Now with that surgery, you will be able to site fish for me and let me know where to cast. 

Would love to take advantage of this site but I think I may just get up early the day of the event and drive down for the day. It is only 3 hrs with no traffic from my place.

I got it from Da Brudda. However, I just realized I have a handicap spot reserved too. I'm not sure if I can still camp there since my disabled friend may not make it. If they let me keep it, I'll have an extra campsite

Why not?  As long as you're not taking a handicap parking space, why should the spot stay vacant?

At last year's Crabfest, when I phoned for reservation, I was assigned the handicapped tent space.  I was neither asked or volunteered that I was handicapped so I assume that all sites are first come, first serve.
