A couple years ago, I did some seismic retrofit work on our house, which required drilling holes (mostly, 5/8" diameter) into ancient concrete. This hammer drill worked well for smaller holes, but wasn't powerful enough for most of the work, so it didn't get used much. Now it is just taking up space. I tested it yesterday and it still seems to work fine --- it's free for the taking. I'm located just off of highway 17, between Lexington Reservoir and Summit Road. PM if interested...
