Boar burgers

Put together some wild boar burgers yesterday with a new recipe I wanted to try. Two pounds of boar meat one pound of hamburger meat and one pound of pastor meat. Seasoned it up with all my favorite spices and added dried candy cap mushrooms to the meat along with fresh jalapenos and onions. Had a couple taste testers over at the evil petting zoo yesterday to try em out. Best boar I have had so far. Sailfish I had to re season your fry pan. Its good now! Topped off with honey mushrooms.
