home owners insurance advice

Looking for someone who sells/manages home owners insurance or someone with knowledge of successfully filing a claim concerning plumbing.

What kind of plumbing issue? Is it a leaky pipe,clogged pipe, manufacturers defect in piping?

I don't like where this is headed.

Home warranties are different from homeowners  insurance and if that is the case for the most part they are useless. That being said if you contact me via pm I can let you know what I think. I would not put on a public forum any info that could be used against you in a future claim  on home warranty or homeowners insurance.
