Any Chevy Silverado Mechanics in the South Bay

Had my 2001 Silverado ignition lockup on me today.
Couldn't even put it in gear. Had to have it towed home.

Anyone here able to help or recommend someone?

Read where one guy suggested messing with the key inserted in the ignition at various lengths.

It's worked before on door locks for me and decided to give it a go.

After about 10 minutes....Bingo! 

Did you try putting it in park first? 
How many CDMs does it take to turn a key? 
All of them with some help.

CDM, I'm pretty sure you just made this all up so that I'd have to drive today!

That's only because you couldn't figure out how to use the GoPro either.
