By the way, I think this may be a good way of sharing pictures/video of the grandkids with Grandma who may not be so YouTube savvy but may be pretty comofortable with working the TiVo remote... haven't tried it but you may be able to log into grandma's TiVo account through the web and subscribe her to your channel.

As mentioned before, I wasn't part of the project and have never tried it out myself...just passed some information along unfortunatley it wasn't 100% right.
