Anyone have advice on where I could pump up some sand shrimp in the East Bay, preferably from Crockett to Emeryville.

If your are talking Ghost Shrimp ? You need to find sand  Point Molate, that little beach just south of Castro Point,Albany beach, Brooks Island the only one that was really good was Brooks. South Shore Beach in Alameda is really good even when it's not that low of a tide
