Amazon can be funky displaying different things to different people so this may not work. But I just got this in my ad, I originally was planning on buying a Chef's Choice 151 but this one is on sale for $96 ($105 after tax)

So I picked it up, seems like a great deal. Checked camelcamelcamel and the previous record low for this was about $125, so this is $30 lower than the previous biggest sale. Seems to go for $169.99 in most places.

I'm mostly using this for my Victorinox fish butchering knife set, but I'll be using it for kitchen knives too. If people have input on this or a better knife sharpener I'd like to hear so I can change my mind on buying this but I've seen this type recommended frequently for those of us who suck at doing it manually.

I've got the 120 (gift from the folks about 10 years ago, I think), and it's very good. If this is similar, you'll be happy with it.
As coincidence would have it, I actually just sharpened the kitchen knives yesterday and was reminded how much I like this thing.

The 3-stage versions will rehab a pretty messed up blade: I found a buck knife some catfisher left behind at lake chabot. Had a couple pretty nasty chips out of the edge. It took maybe 10 passes on the most aggressive stage on the sharpener, then a few each on the next two stages. I got the blade back to smooth and extremely sharp.
