Well, finally getting rid of the Right-Handed retrieve reels I have.

1) Shimano Cardiff 400a (40lb PowerPro braid comes with Shimano Cover) - $80

2) Daiwa BG20 (40lb PowerPro braid, I have the original box) - $120.00

3) Avet MXJ 2-speed (50lb Seaguar braid, comes with Avet reel cover and original box) $220

I've been casting my sxj with some confidence without the MC feature.  I am glad I didn't get it.  Then again I wouldn't know any different.

This is the non-MC version.

You can add magnets to make it MC if you want. There are tutorials available online.
