First time crabbing on my new Kayak

I went out Monday for the first time ever on my new kayak. We went crabbing at Doran in Bodega Bay. Caught limits of Dungeness Crab and 10 Rock crab.

Good Times! I'm hooked.

Are the crabs out in the bay now?  How deep are they at?  Last report was that they were in over 100ft of water still.

we got them on the other side of the jetty. The water was about 30 - 40 ft I think?
