Abking loses a salmon video

Here is a link to the video I took of Abking landing a salmon in his kayak and then letting it flop out of his lap. Makes me laugh every time I view it.



If someone knows how to embed the video I'd appreciate the technical assistance.

 ...... even "the king" can make a boo-boo.  Dont' feel too bad, it's happened to most of us.

The video is sure to be an NCKA classic!

Great video, too bad about the salmon though

OK, now I remember.  Asa cursed me by saying he'd get a video of the fish that got away!!

I did not realize the ab king could speak 'french',  .

I guess that proves that you salmon slayers of the North are still mortal. The same thing happened to me with a 15#+ halibut before I started using a gaff...in the net on one side of the yak out of the net on the other 

oh man, boy do i know how that feels. i had had so many fish to the yak and then lost them. something about me as a person and bad mojo when it comes to using a pole and reel the fish always save their last unhook with power as soon as they get a glimpse of my ugly face.

i know how that feels x 100.

Aw-the agony of defeat.I guess we all know what that feels like.Still funny watching someone else though!

Ooooo!  That sucks.  Just a fraction of a second after you announced your intent to bonk it.  That fish knew what was up!

Great conditions for sure, looks summerlike.  Though seeing that video at my desk just now gave me a blair witch kind of nausea. 

But keep em coming!  If we can't fish while at work, at least we can watch some fishing!

I guess that's better than a long line release.
