Had a good day on Saturday launching off Tiburon. Caught 20+ stripers in the early a.m. on plastics. All were between 13-18 inches.
If I can't get quality I'll be happy with quantity.

Boom, great launch, did you go south inside, by the old pilings or stay out in 20ft ish, pardon the interrogation, I love that area and learned it well but did not hookup a harvest yet.

I launched on the rocks at the end of the jetty (ugh), and remained within 100 yds of the harbor rock wall where the fish were congregating. 10-20 ft ish? Followed the terns to find em. After 1.5 hours all the action died so I caught bait and trolled for hali butt no luck.

What tide were you fishing when the action was going? Also, didn't they close halibut?

It was 2 hours past low tide. Pacific halibut season closed the 23rd but California halibut is open all year.

Thanks for the report. I've followed Marin terns a few times in the past month for nada. Sooner or later I'll hit some schoolies under there. The Brickyard has been slow for me too... but should be on. Maybe my timing is off.

Thanks for the fish report: sounds great. I wish I had seen it earlier. What's that launch like?  I have to use a small trailer to pull my kayak and wheels to roll it to the water. Kind of a weakling in my old age.  Caught 2 nice halibut from a boat out there this summer.  I want to head out there when I'm back in October.
