Wimpy's Marina Yakabass Tournament. 9/18

Hello, I heard there was a tournament this sunday at Wimpy's. How do I enter or is it to late?

I believe you can find the information your looking for on Facebook search for Yakabass. To my knowledge they have limited seating. They have have changed it though.

There is a waiting list, but usually they can take everyone. Should be a fun event. My son and I are doing it this coming weekend!

It was a fun event. This area is tough. I fished around the marina and near the lock. One more event to go....

I went there in the morning to check out the scene but looks like everyone was out, unfortunately due to circumstances I wasn't able get my kayak loaded and join. Would have been nice to meet some of you that fished. I look forward to the next event at Sugar Barge, if I am not too tired from deer camp. I drove around to the Walnut Grove marina and saw a few kayakers fishing around the pilings and docks.

Sorry I'm not as active on here as I should be. I'll post up a sign up for sugar barge this weekend and I'll post it here once it's going. We are limited to 50 anglers for the tournament but that doesn't mean you can't come hang out bring a dish to share at the pot luck and purchase some raffle tickets to help us support how. Looking forward to the end of the year bash and what's planned for next year. Thanks for all the support ncka has shown us
