Based on my brief google investigation, that model appears to be a West Marine exclusive from 2008-2011. The newer Elite series looks & reviews much better, but they aren't going for 20 bucks!

Still no reply from him yet!

I haven't heard back since I asked for the additional coolers either.  We'll see how it unfolds lol.

Defunct catering business, they were legit....so were the space and transit issues. 

I was able to grab 10 from him today, a little dusty but stainless hardware and the inside had a hint of simple green all clean and in good shape. 
Good news is that he will hold more for me till I get back from tahoe next week.
