Hello everyone,

I'm a recent transplant to the area from Wyoming. It was tough leaving behind my blue ribbon trout streams so I set my eyes on the big blue. Been out to the local reefs a handful of times but my lady friend has grown tired of paddling circles around me while I fish! Seems like a great community here in Nor Cal and I look forward to meeting up with other paddlers in the Santa Cruz area.

Cheers!

Andy

Greetings. I fish in SC often, as do many others here. Coincidentally, I just got back from a brief trip to WY. Fished one afternoon at N Platte River and one morning on Green River below Fontenelle Dam. WY is great but for size and variety it's hard to beat the big blue.

Ahh...the Platte. I've pulled my fair share of monster bows from that river. Headed back in a couple of weeks myself to (fingers crossed) help pack out an elk. Hopefully I'll have time to throw a fly or two.
