Thinking about hitting HMB Thursday a.m. to look for salmon. Reports are starting to come in that they're in the area. Anyone interested in heading out?

Cheers,
Brad

Arrived to heavy fog at 6 so opted to continue south and try the beaches for stripers, but no love. By late morning the fog lifted so I geared up and paddled out from the old pier. Trolled a WMA between the green cans for a while. Lots of bait balls, but no takedowns. Radio chatter was quiet as well - one report of a 24" salmon in the box but that came at 8 and it was after 12 by then. Switched to the reefs for RF or lings and managed a single brown that got sent back to grow some more. Conditions were awesome with a nice steady drift, but the fans never really kicked on. Off the water at 3:30.

Cheers,
Brad
