I tell you, with all these new prop drives coming out, it will be fun watching how many guys will be unwrapping their lines from around the prop.  I never had that problem with the Mirage drive, but with reverse it might become more of an issue.

Being able to go in reverse would be awesome for fishing the boiler rocks at SCI for Calicoes.

From a marketing stand point,  being able to reverse kills the pedal prop manufacturers argument that "ours can reverse,  Hobie can't". 
I just worry how bulletproof the new drive is.   Wouldn't want to be out far if it breaks and have to paddle my loaded PA 14 back.  K.I.S.S....Reverse is nice but not necessary.
