They've been trying to unload this site to a private owner for sometime now.  What would you be able to do with this historical site?  Act of Congress to change anything.  But I'm sure you would, as the property owner, do something with it that has never been done before, pay taxes on it!

Every time I cross the Richmond San Rafeal bridge I see this run-down structure & pier on the east side with a spray-painted FOR SALE sign on the launch ramp. On maps it says Castro Point. It would be an epic clubhouse! Anybody know about it?
