Hello everyone,
I took a trip to Whimpy's Marina last weekend and paddled up to the Lost Slough. When I was back there I noticed a really small boat ramp. It looks like you can get there by taking a side road by Twin Cities bridge. Does anyone know if this is public property? I know there is one boat ramp out there that is public that isn't on any maps, but I'm not sure if this is it. Any input would be great!

I've noticed a ramp on Lost Slough before. If I remember correctly, there were orchards behind it. Stopped there to relieve myself. I also thought it was private.

It used to be an old state/county park or something like that. U can still access it by parking by the cross Chanel gates and walking down the path 100 yards. It's usually not useable since its choked off with hyacinth.

The one you are referring to is the launch at Delta Meadows. @Thekayakid That's the one by the Delta Cross Channel. Alfredo got it right. The one by the orchards. On google maps there is an access road that leads off Twin Cities that is not gated and there aren't any private property signs. Also I looked on the public/private property map the state provides and it looks like the road is owned by an agency. Can't seem to get any info from the state. Just the crappy map that isn't defined very well.

I've used the Delta Meadows many times, but there is also a small ramp on Lost Slough. It would be on the north side of the slough as you head towards I-5.

Rockfish, I duck hunt back there and you are correct, gotta wheel down now.
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

Here's another photo of the ramp on Lost Slough, not the Delta Meadows ramp.

It is not that one. Alfredo got it right with his map pin point. Is the Delta Meadows Slough productive? I have one been to the beginning without much luck.
