What sucks is they'll get a lil bit of jail time, a fine and banned for only 5yrs and be back at it again!

That was the penalty for one guy caught in the big bust where 50 people were nabbed. The guy got caught with caviar in his house. Now the guy is back fishing again after his 5 yr ban.
