Park in the lot where the F dock is, launch is super easy, has a hose to wash your gear off too, depending on how far you want to paddle, you can go a mile or less my trips are usually an average of 10-15 miles a day but that's me  :smt003

so park in the red circle...from google map, is this where you would launch from? (2nd pic)

let me know if anyone is going this coming weekend :)

Yes that's where you'd launch and park.. Watch what pass you chose there is one cheaper to launch and park.. It's $10 or $12 I haven't paid in years though  :smt044

Last three times i parked there were $10, $12, $12.50 in that order. And this is within under a year.  What's going on here?

How do you like the new boat? I've been doing a bunch of mods to mine (sail, rudder, and more), but have only had it out on Lexington so far. Hoping to get the pedal drive insert soon, as I can't wait to pedal it...

Ive seen that too when I have friends in town who want to pay... It's weird I think it's just the day or time of season or option you choose, either way I don't pay anymore and if you'd like a tip I'd be glad to share it..

I might be into coming along on this excursion.  Where are you thinking of fishing if you paddle outta the harbor?  What time is the early morning drill?

Let's make it a party and take my new build on its maiden voyage!!! Swell / shmell I'm in rain wind or shine ;)

Sounds good. What's your new build? I've got a raptor G2 that I'm working on but probably won't have the pedal adapter by this weekend. Bummer...

It's ok you have a paddle 😳 I'm in but I'm going tomorrow @ 0600 from F Dock... Sunday doesn't look as nice as today.. Let's get out there... Whoever wants to join is game I'll be outside Aldo's loading up @ 530-600 and otw by 630-700 depending on the group that joins... Should be a good day.. It sure was today!!

Met you last year at SWS and hoping to hit SC with you but dang this weekend is just of the question. But i hope to hit SC once with you guys this year.
i would say good luck but you guys don't need it. just save some fish for me when I do go. =)

Hit me up when you wanna go, just be up for a little paddle 😀

At least at the pay station near Aldos the rate this year has been $6 to launch, and I think $6 to park, a 20% hike from the $5 each last year - maybe the Port District has been taking a cue from The Pebble Beach Co.'s constant rate hikes for entry to 17 Mile Drive.

Yes, that sounds likely. But I like my hallucinating theory better---he is in SC after all...
