Berryessa hookup 5/10

I'm fishing Berry in the morning....Launching at 6:30 from Capel Cove...who's up for it?

Oops...my bad.

I fished Berry today.....the 11th.....I found some trout that wanted to play but no bass.  I couldn't buy a bass bite today.  The trout weren't plentiful but fat.  I ended the day with 5 to the boat ranging from 13 inches to 18 inches.  No camera today but the phone took some good shots and I posted them on Yak a Bass on Facebook so check it out.  Plenty warm out there today.  All the trout were in the top 15 feet and hungry for hoochies behind dodgers.

Excellent, for those like me who prefer a rainbow slimer to a bass.

Way to go, Sam.  It's usually the opposite for me at Berry: can't find a trout even when I target them  but the bass usually seem willing.
