Jeez, at that price you could buy three and sell one to pay for the other two. That had to be severely below cost.

I tried but when I got to payment it went back up to 2999.

yeah they pulled them all now, you can't even place the order.  curious to see what they do about order cancellations.  it was originally posted on slickdeals, so they probably got a few hundred orders.  I did place two for HOW boats but i expect both will get cancelled.

overall, my guess is that they changed the price on the wrong kayak SKU and meant to reduce the cost on a different model.

Bummer, I tried and failed.

Lady on phone at cabelas said there was a pricing error which they have the right to correct so I'm guessing even orders made last night will get reversed. I would at least argue a gift card out of them for the hassle though if I had the order go through before it was reversed

Oddly as soon as I mentioned I was looking into a kayak purchase she knew which one and let me know it was unavailable at that price

Damn!  What a smoking deal.  I wish I could have gotten in on this mistake.   

Hopefully some of you may be getting them, but after an error like this, I am sure Cabelas is all over it right now. 

Now it says they are not available from the online store at all, to check with you "local" Cabela's. Yeah, I'll just hop on over to Boomtown...

I ordered 2 mojo bass rods from them last month. They were in the ad they mailed to my house.
$60 each. Everything went through until they cancelled them a week later...apparently it was a huge inventory error and they didn't have them at all....
Cabelas is generally a lot better than bass pro I hope this potential sale to bass pro isn't screwing them up too badly
