Are there any regulations on fishing for bait in SFO bay?  I thought your not allowed inside Berkley marina, but how about on the out side around the rocks.  Is the two hook rule in effect?  Most sabiki rigs have 6, not real clear on the rules and I can't find anything in the regs, or I am missing it.

Any help appreciated.

28.65. GENERAL. Except as provided in this article, fin fish may be taken only on hook-and-line or
by hand. Any number of hooks and lines may be used in all ocean waters and bays except:
(a) San Francisco and San Pablo bays between the Golden Gate Bridge and the west Carquinez
Bridge, where only one line with not more than three hooks may be used.

Just cut the sabiki down to 3 to be legal.

Also read section 28.59. SURFPERCH.
Perch are generally closed in the bay right now except shiners.

(2) The special limit for shiner surfperch is 20, which may be taken or possessed in addition to the
overall daily bag limit of 20 finfish specified in sub-section 27.60(a).
