I saw a video today with yaker who had a broken yak so he divided into a 3 piece sectional kayak and made to fit together like a puzzle, looks like it handled well in water and easy to transport and store away. So I did a search on sectional kayaks and was amazed on how many commercial yaks exist, but nothing built for hardcore fishing. Has anyone here had any experience or has made their own? I'd like to hear about it. Don't worry I'm not taking a jigsaw to my yak.
I got 99 problems, and fishing solves them all!

They are designed to fit a niche market.  There aren't any that are fishing specific.  Doesn't mean you can't fish off one
