Bill lives in Texas now and in some parts of the state they are experiencing horrendous flooding.  Don't know exactly where Bill lives so can't confirm if he's been affected.

He has been flooded for the second time within a year. The first time, the family stayed in the attic. Not sure about this time. And it's still raining there.

Dammit, that sucks! Was he on the local news again?
