I bought the kayak a couple weeks ago. Had it for opener and it doesn't feel comfortable. I changed to revo13 instead as it feels more comfortable. Adventure sports helped me out for change. Call and ask for Carl at Adventure Sports/Kayak City on El Camino if you're interested.

Considering the width, it is more tippy and less stable. I don't have the skills to use it for the full benefits of it but there are guys in here that love it

You changed your mind pretty fast..

I sure did. It was a kayak that was not as easy to use coming from an outback. And being 5'2", it was hard to get to the front hatch  too [emoji23]

Just put HOBIE SIDEKICK AMA OUTRIGGER KIT on it and you will be fine. I put one on my revolution and feel very confident every where I go even high swell. I am sure it work well with rev 16

I have thought about that too. A bit late now. The seating and peddling on revo16 was hurting my left ankle for some reason too for some odd reason. Another lesson to learn

It's tippy,I've never been in an ai or adventurer but the revo 16 when I demoed it I thought maybe it was because I haven't been in a yak a while and that I wasn't use to it,if your constantly reaching far behind you to grab lures(bass fishermen)it's not for you unless you have great balance.but after a while you'll get use to it
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

It's for more experienced yak fishermans and will take time to learn how to fully use it properly. I fish all waters so i don't think it will do too well in rivers
