4/17 Stillwater Cove

Planning on heading out tomorrow morning early from Stillwater cove beach.  Anyone interested in joining?  I have been out several times but still fairly new...

Yes...

The morning launch is right at high tide 8:30,  can be tricky off the steps.  What time were you thinking?  Maybe launch just before sunrise 6:30 and fish till about noon?  The earlier the better for parking too! 

I will be there 7:00am with a friend or two.

Beautiful day out there today. Started out lumpy but smoothed out. Drift was pretty fast and did not get much bite from the rockfish. Was able to pick up 2 lingcod and a vermillion.

Just kidding !  Did you not fish or just not a lot of luck ? Just like anywhere. Its right spot and time. 

Better luck next time. At least you were able to get out on the water . I was stuck on the bank .
