Who needs $60K a year?

Jack Russell Brewery in Camino just opened a new pub on Main Street in Placerville called Jack Russell Downtown.
Dave, the owner, is looking for a chef.
The philosophy is:
1) Farm Fresh
2)Scratch made
3) Fresh Baked

The interview will consist of you cooking for him and a guest or two.
The restaurant/pub is brand new.
He has spared no expense in building the kitchen. Top of the line everything.
FYI, downtown Placerville is booming with great food, great beer and great wine with lots of people drinking and dining nightly.

Last time I saw George he was sous chef at The independent. It's been a while.

Man he made some great camp grub

I'm gonna eat there for sure!

Been doing good and keeping busy at work. Just got into mushroom hunting and found my first morel yesterday.  How bout yourself? Haven't seen you come thru the restaurant in a while.

Beer is MUCH better.

They are open?  Gonna stop in on my way home from skiing tomorrow then!!

My neighbor, Bruce Harkey, was the contractor remodeling the Brewery.  He told me he's now gonna help with running the bar when they open.  He also has a oldies rock band and will be playing there as well.  I dropped in a couple weeks ago to check it out.  It's gonna be great!  Much better than Poor Red's. 
BTW, Poor Red's has a soft opening this weekend.
