Fishing Monterey - Guide Suggestions?

Posted my intro a bit ago, don't have anything really to contribute here yet, but thought I'd see if I might be able to get some suggestions for fishing Monterey/Seaside area...

I'm going to be in the area May 20/21 to help my son pack up from his room at CSUMB and move back up here (Oregon) for the summer.  Looks like we'll have Sat 21st open, and would love to take him on the bay fishing before driving home on Sunday.  Since I'll be flying down, we won't have any of my gear available (though 1 free checked bag is available if I need), so thought looking into guides might be the best option. 

Any suggestions on kayak fishing guides in the area?  A quick google search gave a couple suggestions, but word of mouth from the knowledgeable folks here might be better.  A half to full day on the bay bottom fishing would be great - or would certainly be open to other suggestions. 

I am hoping to make a trip next year with the kayaks...
