If anyone talks to him/sees him please pass along the message and tell him to not hesitate at all if he wants/needs PIF help to get back on his feet...

 Way to step up, Jim. Amos, I hope you heal quickly and well. Sounds like PIF could at least buy you an extra cushion for the seat in your yak!

Wishing You a speedy recovery

This news made me sad. But seeing your ugly, smiling mug makes me feel a little better. I hope you aren't on the DL for too long. You're an invaluable member of this club and it's a better place with you around.

I just came from his room. He's in good spirits but this is looking like more of long haul than anyone would hope for. Not exactly sure when he'll be home but probably a couple more days in the hospital and then off to a care facility for a while. He has his cell and is online. I'm sure he'd appreciate PMs and FB messages. I have asked him if he would agree to benefiting from the Simply Fishing raffle this year. He's not ready to decide.

As someone that recently (2 summers back) broke their pelvis in a few places...DAMN!  I feel for ya.

Don't worry, in a couple of weeks you'll be able to rollover. The days go fast.  Don't push it, as the set backs are way to f'in painful.
