I made it out on a windy, rainy, cold day to test out my new dry suit and some new rods I picked up.

I launched at the main ramp. Downrigger trolled (with my new downrigger rod) for nothing. Then I tried out my new dropshot/shakey head rod for 1 tiny largemouth.

Water temp was 55. Visibility was pretty clear, not muddy at all. There was a lot of floating wood debris though.

Highligh of the trip is look at all this water!!!! (Pic is of the lake Sonoma Marina. The tree in the foreground was at least 20 feet out of the water last spring)
