Blackpoint Dino Hunt Instead

I'm all excited got a lure order from JLV Wed., New waders from Cabala's on Thursday, great Report from Sean & Mark today.
Just got back from saving my boat the put in from yesterday is now 6 feet under raging white water with 3 foot standing waves and the River looks like pudding

Anybody up for Black Point or Lake Sonoma Sunday?

Yep, looks like the river is really starting to move.  From about 200 cfs to 9000 cfs in the last 12 hours or so.

I see... I was thinking the same thing.  A co-worker and I were just talking earlier this week about doing a drift and some fly fishing for steelies on the river... and then the rain came in.  DOH!

I might be up for sonoma creek?  or even just a china camp trip if the winds actually follow the forecast. Water looked good this afternoon on my drive home, though it is DUMPING right now

How about Lake Sonoma pig action on Sunday?  I have tentative plans to hunt a private ranch but if they fall through I am Lake Sonoma bound.

I'm hoping the weather will cooperate for some sturgeon on sunday myself. Was thinking south bay, but always willing for San pablo..........

As I say, i've got the cold, bored, and wet part of sturgeon fishing DOWN.  now I need to get some practice on the ...pump,,,,,pump,,,,,,

Probably but I have to go for a paddle. I just got off the phone with my x Bro in law he fished SPB bay today and he said he has never seen so much crap in the water. they fished the pumphouse and Mare Island Rock Wall and in 8 hrs only caught 1 small Striper 4 rods.
