Salt Pt Woodside campground

Last year there was some commentary about the Woodside campground not reopening this year leaving only Gerstle Cove campground.

Bummer, Woodside is so much nicer place to camp than Gerstle Cove, I called up there in the fall but couldn't get any info.

Good News though,   Today I got this in my email,

Salt Point State Park 
(Sonoma County)   
Saturday, Mar 26, 10am-3pm
Help prepare the Woodside Campground for opening by clearing leaf and tree debris, and repairing picnic tables, storage lockers, and fire rings. Kids 12 and up welcome with a legal guardian. Free tent camping in a group-setting on 3/25 and 3/26.
