Does anyone know the name of the deli on the way to the dam? Dry creek store?? The one with the biker bar attached. Thanx, Nancy has friends visiting from Chicago and wants them to check it out.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Always wonder why it's so packed.
Is it worth the stop?
Usually I'm in such a hurry to get to Liberty I blow right by.

Years ago you could get bait there. I don't think you can anymore though. It's gotten a little too touristy.

I am alittle afraid to be labeled negative, or a troll....but the Dry Creek Store is your place if you want a dry pre made samwich for 8.50. I believe it is owned by Gallo, which in and of itself is no problemo but it is staffed by disinterested minimum wage workers. Consequently it resembles a theme park food kiosk. If the stars align and you are a 60 y.o. married milk and cookie biker who wants to flirt with 60 y.o. married milk and cookie biker mamas on a particularly nice spring day and have no real need of anything you might normally get at a general store, you could be in luck.

To each his own 🙂, but do everybody a favor including yourself... buy your sandwich in town at Safeway and get a beer at Bear Republic drink it at their table and chairs and then do a massive burnout in their parking lot before you leave. 😎 Btw I'm taking massive flack from Mrs. Triceracop because Dry Creek Store is the "home of memories" and the Gallos "would give you the shirt off their backs". To which I reply "dry ass Discovery Kingdom half samwich". 😉

It used to be a normal, unpretentious place when I was a kid. That can be said of a lot of places around the county though. Don't get me started about Montgomery Village.......... :smt012
