I'm Randall.  I am a total newbie.  I can't wait to start fishing this spring!  I don't know anything about kayak fishing, but I'm going to be out there.  It's already obvious that kayakers stick together.  That's good to know.

Welcome to the forum! Have you started shopping for a yak yet? Don't forget to budget for safety gear as well.

I got my Kraken last fall.  I have been acquiring gear ever since.  Safety wise, if I think I need it, I buy it.  PFD, radio(HX870), and clothing from Kokatat and Stohlquist.  I have already flipped into Half Moon Bay.  So I know it will happen again.  I'm ready for it.  Plus, I'll never go alone.
