Legal number of hoop nets or traps?

The regs state that 10 (i think?) is the max number of hoop nets allowed in So. cal. How about cen coast i.e., halfmoon bay area? I cannot find anywhere the number of nets/traps allowed for recreational.

Is there a limit off a boat?  I think the limit off a pier is 2, but don't know of one off a boat.

I know limit in Oregon is 3.

There are no limitations on Sportfishing for crabs... .not yet at least....
