2015 Hobie CT upgrade seat clip

Not sure if this was posted here but I was going through the hobie forum looking at the 2016 vs 2015 hobie differences and found this gem. If you have a 2015 seat you can get the new buckle upgrade. I hate the one we normally have; It's so hard to attach the clip to the button. Looks like I'll be calling up cck to order me one.

Finally had the chance to install the new clip. Pretty easy to do it. Thanks Cullen at CCK San Carlos for ordering them! 

I'm sticking with the original clip.  I see a potential problem with a milk crate crushing a plastic buckle.

i don't know about you but the milk crate will crush my transducer wire before it even touches the seat buckle. Also there is a major gap between the seat/milk carton

must be something faulty with the old clip considering they changed this after 1 year 

save your money and just put a small caribiner in the slot of the clip and it cant come off the post

yeah I missed the free/warranty, I did the clip to mine before the warranty came out and my mind shot to that

I think you need to contact that north korean guy who sold you that yak. He's been known to lie to his friends about going out to fish. 
God knows what else he's holding back. Lol. Maybe...and just a Maybe...he sold a yak that looks like a floating toilet pre equipped with sht and pee holes under the seat, with rubbed off serial numbers.
