where exactly is that 38 degree point in marin county? bolinas? muir? drakes bay?

Jack you need to be south of the Point Reyes (Lat 38) light house.  All those locations you listed are open...assuming they aren't an MLPA

I see the 38' line goes right into chimney rock at the lighthouse. Does anyone know if we can crab in drakes bay or is that closed to mlpa?
