8 foot cargo parachute used as a sea anchor on a powerboat. I used it on a 21 foot powerboat and it stopped it cold on those hard to fish windy days. Will post pic later.

Could deploying this be considered a sail? The sail is underwater not above so I am not sure if the rules stay that the sail must be wind blown?  I am looking for ways to get on the SAOTY anyway I can!
