didn't this  thread topic and location come up a couple years ago...did it not  lead to if you call it NCKA clubhouse there were issues with copyright blah blah...and  would it  be for the "investors "  only it`s not really NCKA ..... since NCKA much like a 12 step program, only requirement for membership is a desire to kayak  fish and or dive off a kayak and fish and has no dues or fees....

NO trying to stir the pot or piss in anyones` Cheerioes.... just curious.. seems like it cycles from time to time....other wise just ignore me as usual

To be clear, I am looking for 2-3 partners and make this a private location. Not looking to run a duck club or make it NCKA public but I would probably have a few marsh fests with my NCKA friends and family.

12 blinds x couple grand a blind = your mortgage. just sayin. 

I know a guy that can manage it for you
