My Dad found this spreader lure at LBCR. I don't think it is legal to use as the way it is set up ??? Isnt it only 2 hooks legal ?

Thought about using at San luis.

Think it's three hooks for freshwater.  I've seen 5 way spreaders with three "baits" with hooks and 2 flashers or non-hook baits.

Stuck on 2 hooks for rock cod. April is just not gonna come fast enough. Even worse if they go back to the old may opener.  :smt001
