hey guys,
gonna be in orlando next month with the fam and need to escape for a day to fish.  can anyone recommend a fishing guide in the area that they've used?  i tried chuck pippin, but he's already booked.  due to time constraints, i figure half day bass boat would be my best bet.  kayak fishing sounds fun in the rivers/lagoons too, but it would probably take more time.  if all else fails, i'll fish from shore in disney   :smt044

Try Pirates of the Carribean ride, the Jungle Cruise, possibly Its a Small World  :smt002

Having lived in FL, I personally don't have any guide recommendations in that particular area of the state.

I fished with him a couple of years ago in the Merritt Island area, really good guy. Worked hard to get us into some fish on a tough winter cold snap day. Lifelong surfer and fisherman from the area, like Bushy said inshore, offshore, kayak or boat he's on it.

I can't afford guides but.... Good resource site across the nation.
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

Soleman!  You went out with Cpt Alex???

Awesome dude.  the trip I took was hastily planned, and we added Mike Coneen at the last minute.  He's the other guyin that photo.  ATV crach took his legs, but he still kayak fihes, and he's good.  He coached me for that red snapper.  took some technique.  Alex is just great glad to know you have met and fished with him also!
